Verify Domain

/api/domains/:domain_id/verify

Trigger verification check for a domain.

This will check both Dokploy SSL status and email provider authentication. retry_tls=True because this endpoint backs the customer-facing "Verify Now" button — clicking it after "SSL Failed" must actually re-probe Mailgun instead of no-op'ing on the terminal state.
